About The Event
Encounter Nights are the closest thing we do to a typical "church service" with musical worship, children's ministry, and a message. We meet every 1st & 3rd Sunday night in Canton, Michigan
.
These meetings are designed for believers (evangelism happens outside the church, and seekers/inquirers are generally invited to house church meetings). The Encounter Night meeting emphasizes a shared, purposeful "drawing near" to God as He draws near to us. We expect a tangible sense of God's presence, miracles, and personal spiritual renewal at every gathering.
Children:
We believe it's valuable for children to see their parents and other adults worshipping God and engaging His presence. We also like our kids to participate in our testimony time. For this reason, families remain together through the first part of the meeting, and children are dismissed after the testimony time.
